This program provides prevention materials (condoms) and educational materials throughout Region 2, HIV/STI screenings and screening results, risk assessment counseling and linkage-to-care to confirmed HIV/STI positive individuals.
The Wellness Clinic provides affordable health services such as urinalysis, physical exams, PrEP administration, STI testing, screening pap smears, and much more.
Sister to Sister
This program provides HIV negative African American women between the ages of 18-45 with culturally sensitive health information to help them understand HIV/STI risk behaviors and provide them with the knowledge, motivation, confidence and skills required to make behavioral changes that will reduce their risk. Each participant earns a $20 gift card for the 20 minute session.
Project AIM: For 11-14 year olds. Uses group discussions and interactive activities to help youth imagine their future selves and learn about positive and negative influences.
LYFE: For 11-19 year olds. This program provides adolescents with the knowledge, confidence and ability to abstain from sex to reduce the risk of unwanted pregnancies and infection.
Brighter Tomorrow Supportive Services
Combines housing assistance with supportive services to HIV positive individuals and their families. Program assists clients with budgeting, job readiness, housing assistance and other supportive services needs.
